Quick actions

Quick actions let you manage a page in one click, either from the byline badge popover on the page itself or from the Content list inside the app.

Quick actions menu

Keep

Marks the page as reviewed and current. ConfluClean records the date, and from then on the page's staleness is measured from this confirmation rather than its last edit. Use Keep when a page is still accurate and you do not want it flagged as stale.

Keep was previously called Confirm.

Set expiration

Gives the page an expiration date. When that date passes, the page becomes Expired. You can pick from presets or choose a custom date. See Expiration dates.

Set owners

Assigns one or more people as responsible for the page. Owners appear in reports and are the recipients of notifications. See Setting page owners.

Exclude

Removes the page from tracking. Excluded pages are never flagged and never touched by automations. Use this for content that should be left alone.

Archive

Archives the page in Confluence.

warning

When a page is archived, Confluence emails every watcher of that page. This is native Confluence behavior and ConfluClean cannot suppress it. To avoid a flood of emails, preview automations first and archive in planned batches. See the notification spam warning.
