The byline status badge
ConfluClean adds a small status badge (a lozenge) to the byline of every tracked Confluence page - the line near the top that shows the author and last update. It puts lifecycle information exactly where people are already reading.

What it shows
The badge displays the page's current status using the same colors as the rest of ConfluClean:
- Up to Date, Stale, Inactive, Expired, or Excluded
Anyone viewing the page can see at a glance whether the content is current, without opening the ConfluClean app.
The details popover
Click the badge to open a popover with more detail about the page, including its status, owners, and expiration date if one is set.
Quick actions from the popover
The popover also gives you quick actions so you can manage the page without leaving it:
- Keep - confirm the page is still current
- Set expiration - give the page an expiration date
- Set owners - assign people responsible for the page
- Exclude - remove the page from tracking
- Archive - archive the page
Quick actions respect Confluence permissions: you can only act on pages in spaces you have access to.
