Dashboards

ConfluClean organizes everything you need into a set of focused dashboards and reports. This page is a map of what each one is for.

The dashboards​

  • Overview - your headline health snapshot: KPIs, status distribution, and recommended actions.
  • Content Health - deeper analytics, split into Spaces and Content views.
  • Content list - the full, filterable table of every tracked item, with export and bulk actions.
  • Owners report - content health grouped by owner, including unassigned content.
  • Pending Actions - what the next automation cycle will affect, so there are no surprises.
  • Status report macro - embed a live status report directly in any Confluence page.

Permissions​

Every dashboard respects Confluence permissions. You only ever see content in spaces you have access to, and data is filtered for you when each view loads. See the permissions model.
