Owners report
The Owners report looks at your content through the lens of responsibility: who owns what, and how healthy their content is.
Health by owner
The report groups content by owner and shows the health of each owner's pages. This makes it easy to see who has stale or expired content to deal with, and to share responsibility for cleanup fairly across a team.
The Unassigned section
A dedicated Unassigned section lists content that has no owner at all. Unowned content is a blind spot - nobody is responsible for keeping it current, and notifications cannot reach anyone about it.
Assigning owners
Use the Assign owners button to set owners on unassigned content directly from the report, closing ownership gaps without leaving the page. See Setting page owners.
