Pending Actions
Pending Actions shows you what is coming. It lists the content that will be affected by the next automation cycle, so nothing happens to your pages by surprise.
What it shows
Pending Actions brings together the content queued for change:
- Expired pages - content that will be archived by the auto-archive automation on the next run, if it is enabled.
- Scheduled archives - pages you have scheduled to archive on a future date.
Acting before the cycle runs
For each item, you can step in before anything happens:
- Keep - confirm the page is current so it is no longer flagged.
- Unschedule - cancel a scheduled archive.
- Exclude - remove the page from tracking entirely.
Automation status banner
A banner at the top tells you whether automations are currently enabled. If automations are off, Pending Actions is a preview only - nothing will be archived until you turn them on. If they are on, the banner is your reminder that the listed actions will run on the next daily cycle.
