Administration

The Administration area is where site administrators configure how ConfluClean behaves across the whole instance. It is only available to Confluence site admins.

What you can manage​

  • Global settings - timezone, daily scan time, retention, and the permanent-deletion safeguard.
  • Excluded spaces - keep specific spaces (and personal spaces) out of tracking.
  • Audit log - a unified history of scans, automations, and notifications.
  • Integrity checks - built-in health checks for the app's own data.
  • Permissions - who can see and do what.

Who can access it​

Only Confluence site administrators can open the Administration area. Regular users work with dashboards and quick actions, always filtered to the spaces they can access. See the permissions model.
