Global settings
Global settings control how ConfluClean scans your instance and how it handles data. They apply across the whole site and are managed by administrators.
Scan configuration
- Timezone - the timezone used to interpret scheduled times, so the daily scan and any scheduled actions run when you expect.
- Full scan hour - the hour of the day the daily full scan runs. The full scan re-evaluates all content and triggers enabled automations, so pick a quiet hour for your team.
Data and compliance
- Retention days - how long content must remain archived before it becomes eligible for auto-delete.
- Allow permanent deletion - a master safeguard for deletion. Permanent deletion only happens when this toggle is on and the auto-delete automation is enabled. With this off, nothing is ever permanently deleted.
