The Overview dashboard
The Overview dashboard is your starting point after every scan. It summarizes the health of your Confluence content at a glance.
KPI cards
Six cards across the top give you the headline numbers:

| Spaces | Number of spaces being tracked |
| Total | Total content items analyzed |
| Expired | Items past their expiration date |
| Stale | Items not modified within the threshold |
| Inactive | Items not viewed within the threshold |
| Up to Date | Items with no issues detected |
Status distribution
A breakdown of how your content splits across the lifecycle statuses. This is the quickest way to see whether your spaces are mostly healthy or carrying a lot of stale and expired content.
Spaces health
A ranked view of your spaces by health, so you can immediately see which spaces need the most attention.
Recommended actions
ConfluClean surfaces the most impactful next steps based on your current data - for example, reviewing a batch of expired pages or assigning owners to content that has none. Each recommendation links you straight to the relevant view.
