Status report macro

The ConfluClean Status Report macro lets you embed a live lifecycle report directly inside a Confluence page, so teams can see content health without opening the app.

Inserting the macro​

  1. Edit a Confluence page.
  2. Type / to open the macro menu and search for ConfluClean Status Report (or insert it from the macro browser).
  3. Place it where you want the report to appear and publish the page.

Automatic scope​

The macro is smart about what it reports on, based on where you place it:

  • On a space homepage - it reports on the whole space.
  • On a parent page - it reports on that page and its descendants.
  • On a leaf page - it reports on that single page.

This means you can drop the macro onto a team's landing page and it will automatically summarize the content that matters to them, with no manual configuration.

Keeping it current​

The macro reflects ConfluClean's latest data, so as scans update statuses, the embedded report stays in sync.
