Content list
The Content list is the workhorse of ConfluClean: a complete, filterable table of every item it tracks. This is where you do most of your hands-on cleanup.

Columns
Each row shows a content item with its key metadata - title, space, type, status, owners, last modified, last viewed, expiration, and archiving schedule.
Filtering and search
Narrow the list to exactly what you need:
- Space - limit to one or more spaces.
- Status - show only Expired, Stale, Inactive, Up to Date, or Excluded.
- Type - pages, blog posts, whiteboards, or databases.
- Search - find content by title.
Sorting and pagination
Sort by any column to bring the most relevant rows to the top, and page through large result sets without losing your filters.
Inline editing
The Owners, Expires, and Archiving columns are editable directly in the table. See Inline editing.
Export to CSV
Export the current (filtered) view to CSV for reporting or analysis outside Confluence.
Saved views
Save a combination of filters as a named view so you can return to it in one click - for example, "Expired pages in Engineering" or "Unowned content".
Select mode and bulk actions
Switch to select mode to choose multiple rows and apply a quick action - Keep, Set expiration, Set owners, Exclude, or Archive - to all of them at once.
