Overview dashboard

The Overview is the home of ConfluClean and the first thing you see after a scan. It gives you a health snapshot of all your tracked content in one screen.

What it includes​

  • KPI cards - Spaces, Total, Expired, Stale, Inactive, and Up to Date.
  • Status distribution - how your content splits across the lifecycle statuses.
  • Spaces health - your spaces ranked by health so you can spot the ones needing attention.
  • Recommended actions - the most impactful next steps, each linking to the relevant view.
  • Content Health Score - the overall percentage and letter grade, with a weekly trend.
