In-app notification inbox
The notification inbox keeps your ConfluClean alerts in one place, right inside the app.
The bell and unread badge
A bell icon sits in the ConfluClean header. When you have unread notifications, a badge shows the count, so you can see at a glance whether anything needs your attention.
Opening the inbox
Click the bell to open the inbox dropdown. It lists your recent notifications - for example, content you own that has become stale or expired, or a summary of what an automation did.
Managing notifications
From the inbox you can:
- Mark as read - clear the unread state on a notification.
- Dismiss - remove a notification you no longer need.
The unread badge updates immediately as you read or dismiss items.
