Creating custom schemes

When the default thresholds do not fit a team, create a custom scheme. Schemes are managed by administrators in the ConfluClean Administration area.

Create a scheme​

  1. Go to Administration > Schemes.
  2. Click New scheme.
  3. Give it a name, set the statuses you want to track, and configure the thresholds.
  4. Save.

Duplicate a scheme​

The quickest way to build a new scheme is to duplicate an existing one and adjust it. Use Duplicate on any scheme to create a copy you can edit independently.

Edit a scheme​

Open any scheme to change its name, statuses, or thresholds. Changes take effect on the next scan for every space assigned to that scheme.

Delete a scheme​

You can delete a scheme you no longer need. Spaces assigned to a deleted scheme fall back to the default scheme.

Limits​

A scheme can define up to 10 statuses. The four standard statuses cover most needs; the higher limit gives advanced teams room to model more granular lifecycles.
