Scan settings​

  • Timezone: used for scheduled scan times
  • Scheduled scan times: up to 3 daily auto-scans (Pro)

Per-product settings (Pro)​

  • Ghost threshold: number of days of inactivity before a user is flagged as a ghost (default: 90 days). Configurable independently for Jira and Confluence.
  • Cost per user/month: used to calculate estimated annual savings. Set this to your actual license cost per seat for accurate savings reports.
