How long does a scan take?

A few seconds for small sites (under 100 users). Up to two minutes for larger sites with thousands of issues.

Does UserLens work with Confluence?

Yes. UserLens scans both Jira and Confluence. If Confluence is not active on your site, the Confluence tab will show an informational message.

Can UserLens deactivate users?

No. UserLens is 100% read-only. It provides recommendations, but any action (deactivating users, removing product access) must be done by the admin in the Atlassian Admin console.

What if I don't configure cost per seat?

The app works without it. Ghost seats and utilization metrics are always available. Cost per seat is only needed to calculate estimated savings in monetary terms.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. All data stays within Atlassian Forge Storage on Atlassian's infrastructure. Ovrid Labs does not have remote access to your instance data.
